If you cannot understand what our product is you must not purchase it
This is impossible to occur. You can not purchase our products by mistake or by accident. Buying our products is a two-step process; you enter your details into our checkout form then pay using a third-party payment gateway such as PayPal. We don’t use any one-click payment systems which could cause potential mistakes.
We are not responsible if your device or software cannot open a specific file format. We are happy to advise you on trying to resolve this, but this would be a invalid reason for a refund.
